Community members are encouraged to visit Iannelli Studios Heritage Center in Park Ridge between now and January 6 to enjoy Maine South High School’s inaugural Senior Art Show.
“We felt strongly about creating an opportunity for students who have participated in the Art program all four years of their high school career to exhibit their work,” said Maine South Fine Arts Department Chair Teralyn Keith. “We are very excited about this, not only for our students, but also because this has fostered a wonderful partnership with our community.”
This exhibit celebrates two- and three-dimensional student work produced in Art 4, Design and Materials 4 and Photo 4 classes. Much of the work will be priced to sell, so this also is an opportunity for community members to own the work of a budding artist.
Students exhibiting their work are Delaney Bean, Haley Crawford, Alyssa Fuhr, Michelle Greco, Emily Griffin, Jessica Gronke, Jessica Haas, Erica Hernandez, Hannah Kabat, Samantha Horodecki, Charles Mathieu, Taliah Molina, Brian Orzech, Molly Petray, Jill Pinsky, Alexandra Ripley, Ashley Ripley, Lauren Skolak, Alana Sremac, Aurora Walker, Kristen Weber, Alanna Woods, Fiona Ylagan and Paul Zawojski.
This exhibit is made possible through the generosity of the Kalo Foundation and the Maine South Patrons of the Arts. . The Iannelli Studios Heritage Center is located at 255 N. Northwest Highway in Park Ridge.
