Maine South High School in Park Ridge will host Northwestern University's Professor of Guitar as a guest artist on Monday,
March 10th, where she will play for over 100 guitar students and demonstrate techniques of multiple music styles. Ms. Waller will be joined by her husband Mark Maxwell in presenting the workshop that takes place at 12 noon on Monday. The Park Ridge Civic Orchestra sponsors school visits by master musical artists, including world-famous violinist Rachel Barton Pine who came to Maine South and Maine East High Schools last month.
Anne Waller will solo with the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra on March 12th. All students ages 18 and under enjoy free admission to the 7:30 pm concert at the Pickwick Theater.
