Maine South Student Honored

Corbin Rusteberg, second from right in front row, was honored by the Maine Township Board at its Dec. 23 meeting. Rusteberg of Park Ridge is a former Maine South student who now attends Marquette University.

While at Maine South, he put in over 100 hours of volunteer service including leadership positions over a four-year period in the Maine Township Peer Jury. In addition, he was an Evans Scholar, captain of the golf team, President of CEC Club which helps create friendships between students with disabilities and their peers, and a tutor for other students.
