Enter to Win a $1.6 Million Dream House from The Hope Institute

Want a new Chicago brownstone with five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a gourmet kitchen?

This could be your lucky day. Get a chance to win a $1.6 million Chicago dream home or $1.3 million in cash in the 3rd annual Chicago Dream House Raffle. It benefits The Hope Institute for Children and Families.

Purchase $150 raffle tickets to enter to win the dream house, along with other prizes, including cars and vacations starting Jan. 20. Over 550 prizes will be awarded making the odds of winning a prize 1 in 90, according to a post on Palatine Patch by Patrice Harris.

The grand prize is a 4,200-square-foot brand new Chicago brownstone. It features five-bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a gourmet kitchen, two master suites, custom millwork, hardwood floors throughout, and two spacious decks.

“We are thrilled to be launching the 3rd annual Chicago Dream House Raffle.  As our largest fundraising initiative, the proceeds from the raffle will help The Hope Institute for Children and Families provide educational, residential and health care services to more than 23,000 Illinois children and their families each year,” said Mark Schmidt, chief spokesman for The Hope Institute for Children and Families.  The Hope Institute serves children with multiple developmental and physical disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders.
