Foldenauer will provide an update on the Affordable Care Act  (ACA) and tell you how you can take advantage of new tax incentives and coverage options to promote your businesses' fiscal and physical health.
Bruno Giacomuzzi, Regional Vice President, Strategy & Business Development, Presence Health will be on hand to share how Presence Health is strengthening its care for the community and helping to promote health insurance enrollment under the ACA.

The new law regulates healthcare suppliers and includes incentives and requirements for individuals and some businesses to purchase or provide insurance.

Other topics will include new reporting requirements and changes to workplace wellness programs and flexible spending accounts. Questions are welcome following the presentation.

Dennis Foldenauer is an Economic Development Specialist in Small Business Administration’s Illinois District Office where he conducts outreach on SBA’s programs and partners and topics of interest to businesses like the ACA.

Prior to joining SBA, Dennis represented the US Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration in Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
