Mel Thillens Gets NFIB Endorsement

The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), America's leading small-business advocacy association, has endorsed Mel Thillens, GOP candidate for the Illinois House 55th District. Thillens, a strong advocate for small businesses in Illinois, is Vice President of his family's business, Thillens Inc., an armored car company in the Chicago area.

"I believe in NFIB's mission of promoting and protecting the American right to own, operate and grow your own business," Thillens said. "I am thrilled that NFIB choose to endorse my candidacy for State Representative. NFIB saw my strong business background and commitment to improve conditions under which we all operate in the State of Illinois."

NFIB is a large non-profit, non-partisan association with 350,000 small and independent business owners across the nation as members.
