Battery

Reena Marin, 46, of Chicago, was charged with battery after an incident in the 1700 block of Dempster Street at 2 p.m. May 17.

DUIs

Michael Conroy, 57, of Chicago, was charged with DUI and not wearing a seatbelt after a traffic stop May 23 at 2:28 a.m. at Touhy and Grace avenues.

Ronelo Devilla, 52, of Glenview, was charged May 23 at 3:04 a.m. with DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after an incident on Oakton Street near the railroad tracks.

Felix King, 40, of Chicago, was charged May 27 at 11:06 p.m. with DUI and improper lane use after a traffic stop at Oakton Street and Harlem Avenue.

Possession of Controlled Substance

Javier Rodlan, 35, of Elgin, was charged with possession of a controlled substance May 27 at 5:22 a.m. in the 800 block of Higgins Road.

Underage Drinking

A 16-year-old boy was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 25 at 7:20 p.m. in the 600 block of S. Fairview Avenue.

A 16-year-old boy was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 25 at 8:35 p.m. in the 200 block of S. Vine Street.

A 15-year-old girl was charged under the alcohol zero tolerance law May 25 at 10:35 p.m. in the 1600 block of Vine Street.

John J. Dempsey, 64, was charged with negligently failing to prevent underage drinking May 25 at 11 p.m. in the 1600 block of Vine Street.
