Park Ridge Police Blotter: Cars Vandalized at Dealership
The following information was provided by the Park Ridge Police Department.
Bicycle Stolen
A person was able to gain access to a secured hallway of a restaurant in the 500 block of W. Touhy Avenue and take a Diamondback bicycle on Aug. 10.
Purse Taken from Mercedes
A purse was taken from an unlocked 2001 Mercedes Benz in the 1100 block N. Greenwood Street on Aug. 9. The purse contained credit cards and ID.
Vehicles Vandalized
A 1999 Chevy Suburban, a 2013 Chevy Express and a 2013 Chevy Suburban had their paint scratched sometime on either Aug. 8 or Aug. 9. The incident happened at a car dealership in the 1400 block of W. Dempster.
Steel Horses Damaged
Someone knocked steel horses over in the 1300 block of W. Garden on either Aug. 13 or Aug. 14, damaging the steel horses.
