Park Ridge Protocol For Election Signs
As we enter the stretch run of the 2012 election cycle, campaign signs are going to be a frequent sight around Park Ridge.
As we enter the stretch run of this election season, campaign signs are going to become an increasingly frequent sight around Park Ridge.
The signs, however, cannot simply be placed anywhere. Park Ridge, like most municipalities have rules that are supposed to be followed. The Park Ridge website states:
- Signage on any parkway or public property within the City is prohibited.
- Political signage will not be allowed on City Hall property during the Early Voting period, Oct. 22- Nov. 3.
- Political signage will not be allowed within 100 feet of any polling place on Election Day (November 6, 2012).
