Parking will be eliminated on the east side of Prospect from the Pickwick to Summit, as well as along the south side of Summit from Prospect to Ridge (commuter parking area).

At some point during construction, the entire sidewalk on the east side of Prospect will be removed from the curb to the building. Park Ridge will try to keep a narrow walkway open along the building face for as long as possible while providing a few access points from the stores to the street along Prospect, the press release states.

Periodic lane and street closures can be expected on Prospect and Summit to accommodate various phases of the project.

Affected businesses and commuters have been notified of the upcoming work.

Signage has been placed in several locations on Prospect and on Summit notifying the public of the construction.
