Maine South Marching Band Gets New Look
The Maine Township High School District 207 approved the purchase of new uniforms for the group.
The Maine South marching band is saying goodbye to their 10-year-old polyester uniforms, the Journal & Topics reports.
The new uniforms will be made of a lighter weight and flexible material, making it easier to move during performances, according to the paper. Instead of pants, the new outfits will have an overall-like component, eliminating the need for alterations. The new look will be debuted this fall.
