Watch Game Video: Maine South Topples Niles West In First Playoff Game
Maine South and Niles West faced each other in the first round of the Class 8A playoffs, and the D207 school won by more than 30 points.
Going into the game, Maine South was 7-2 and had won seven straight games. Niles West entered the contest with a record of 6-3.
The teams previously played on Oct. 11, with Main South winning 35-20.
Maine South will next play Oak Park-River Forest, on a date to be determined.
