How Instagram Is Easing Great-Grandma Betty's Cancer Pain and Making Her an Internet Sensation
A teenager's idea to create an Instagram account for his ailing great grandmother has delighted thousands.
An Instagram account meant to document the final day's of a teenager's ailing great-grandma has become something of an Internet sensation, ABC reported.
Filled with videos, selfies and irresistibly cute images, Grandmabetty33 had more than 62,000 followers as of March 15.
"He loves me so much, that's why he did it," Betty Simpson, 80, said of her great grandson, Zach Belden, 18 in an interview with ABC. "He doesn't want to lose me and he's just good to me. I didn't even know he was doing this."
